Athletic training is only part of the picture. At Vitality Development Foundation, we pair physical activity with one-on-one mentorship and counseling, because a young person's physical health and emotional health are deeply connected.

Four Pillars, One Mission

Our programs in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties are built on four pillars: structured athletic training to build discipline, mentorship and counseling to build emotional resilience, health and nutrition education to help prevent chronic conditions like obesity and diabetes, and volunteer service projects that teach kids the value of giving back.

Built on Trust

Confidence doesn't come from a single workout. It comes from consistent support — a coach who shows up every week, a mentor who checks in, and a community that treats a young person's health as a shared responsibility. That's what we're building, one practice at a time, right here in Riverside.

If you're a parent, coach, or volunteer in Southern California who wants to get involved, reach out — we're always looking to grow our reach to more local youth.
